Makeover experience process
FLOW
①Reservation/Visit
First, please decide on the course and photo booth and make a reservation. On the day of the shoot, please come to the store with your usual makeup and clothes. All you need to bring with you is the cosmetics you will use when you leave. Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your reservation time.
②Select your costume
After filling out the reception form, you will be asked to choose the main costume for each plan. Choose your favorite outfit from a wide variety of costumes.
③Preparation
Please change into underwear in the locker room. Don't worry, you can put anything other than your camera and other essential items in a locked locker. Underwear is available here.
④Hair and makeup
Hair and makeup will be done while consulting with the staff in charge. If you have any requests, please let us know. We also have sample photos, so you can choose one that best suits your needs. If you have sensitive skin, please come with your base makeup on.
⑤ Dressing and changing clothes
If you choose a kimono plan, our staff will help you put on the kimono. If you plan to wear Western clothing, you will be asked to wear it yourself in the fitting room.
⑥photoshoot
A photographer will take photos at the booth you selected at the time of reservation. Even if you are new to photography, don't worry as the photographer will carefully teach you each pose. Let's pretend like a model! We have photography accessories available at our store, but you can also bring in up to three accessories of your choice.
⑦take a selfie
After the shooting is over or while your friends are shooting, you can take photos in the free shooting space. Enjoy taking pictures with your friends or taking selfies! If you are visiting alone, don't worry, our staff will take care of pressing the shutter for you.
⑧makeup remover
There is a sink, so you can remove your makeup. Basic cosmetics are available here, so please feel free to use them. If you have sensitive skin, please bring your own cleansing products.
⑨preparations for returning
You can slowly prepare for your return trip in the spacious powder room. We also have hair dryers and irons available. Please bring only the cosmetics you normally use.
⑩Photo selection
At the end, you will be asked to select your favorite photo from among the photos taken. After retouching, we will send you the retouched data within approximately 2 weeks to 1 month from the date of your visit. Please look forward to it.

After your experience, you can relax in the spacious powder room and get ready to go home. We also have hair dryers, irons, irons, etc.
Equipped with washstand
At Esperanto, we also have a washbasin, so you can thoroughly remove your makeup during the transformation experience, so if you have plans afterward, you can enjoy it with confidence. We also have towels and cleansing products. You can also come empty-handed.

Photoshoot space spread across the entire floor
It is a wonderland space where you can experience the extraordinary. A bewitching oiran booth, a cute dress booth, a retro Kokohime booth, and more are spread out over the entire second floor.
